Faithful readers, our apologies, we've taken some time off!  We took our Christmas trip to Spain the hard way.  While we find it biorhythmically easier to depart at night and arrive in the next afternoon, it's murder to depart early and arrive early.  Still, despite very little sleep we arrived in time to head straight to the Christmas show at the school of Miryam's niece and nephew.  In our photos you can see the before (early in the morning as we departed) and after (early in the morning on arrival) - Miryam looks not much worse for the wear despite the grueling trip!  Sea-Tac Airport did a great job with a Santa and an elf wandering the terminal along with the pictured Frosty with concubine.
