Pepinos

We had a nice time over the holiday weekend, including a visit to Pipi's a place that had been highly recommended. They served head-sized beverages and the guacamole was made tableside. The beach in Puerto Vallarta wasn't as nice as the one in Nuevo Vallarta but the life in town was much nicer and very Mexican. Another town we visited was Bucerias which a 30 minute walk down the beach from our hotel. Just before leaving for the airport, Miryam got a spa treatment (partially paid for by a coupon from the timeshare presentation!) which meant that she got into the taxi with some extra cucumber slices for our friends Rick and Michela...
