We went to see
Black Nativity in Seattle Center in the afternoon of Christmas Eve with our friends Rick & Michela. It was a rousing and amazing show which we enjoyed tremendously - even for a second time. Afterwards, our buddies went home but we walked around downtown enjoying the Christmas lights and eventually having dinner in a surprisingly nice restaurant in Pacific Place. On Christmas morning we went to church at
St. Therese (including the Shades of Praise choir), then to Rick & Michela's for a paella lunch using the paellera that Miryam's mother had brought from Spain. The result was an absolutely delicious meal.

Sounds like you guys had a nice holiday, despite not traveling somewhere exotic this year :-)
