Washington

We took a quick trip to Maryland to spend time with family and friends. We had a chance to spend some time in our nation's capital. One night we dined with Tobias' parents at Vidalia (apparently Obama hasn't eaten here but it's on his list and his people have checked it out) and visited el Memorial a Lincoln (enlace en español) after getting lost on the way home. It was well worth it though, the monument was shimmering in the darkness. The next day we took in the sights at National Airport, in Georgetown, and then had churros at Churreria Madrid in Washington's Adams Morgan neighborhood. The food wasn't as good as it had been the last time we visited but the churros were great! On the way home we stopped in on Matt & Shelley where we learned all about Wii Fit. Thanks for the lesson guys!
