We hosted a surprise birfday party for our friend Michela and luckily the plan worked...she was completely surprised! The entree was fresh halibut prepared a la Miryam with fennel and orange. The taste was superb, it must have just been taken out of the sea in Alaska! All in all it was a very nice evening.We can't omit another very important 40th birfday that also occured on this day, that of our dear friend Ulana in Maryland. Mnohaya Lita!
