Cochinillo

After we reminisced about our meal at the Mesón de Cándido in Segovia in 2006, Miryam's father and Tobias were inspired to enjoy more cochinillo (suckling piglet) during this visit.  So, Ángel took Tobias to the Asador Molino on the outskirts of Madrid enjoy a three hour lunch of cochinillo.  The main entree was preceded by several delicious appetizers including jamón, salchichón, bread, and of course a bottle of fine Spanish wine.  What a great way to spend an afternoon!  We'll try to upload another Spain photo tomorrow.

Suckling piglet? Like a baby pig that is still so little it is on the mother's tit? Poor baby!!!!!!
