We strapped the bikes onto the car and headed over Snoqualmie Pass (altitude 3022 feet) to Suncadia near Cle Elum in Eastern Washington. Our main purpose was to get out of town and ride the bikes around. A secondary purpose was to see what the new resort was all about since there's been a lot of buzz recently. We got a personal tour of the place - it's a buyer's market but the prices are still steep - and rode all around the new community which is still mostly undeveloped lots. We almost had a bike rack incident on the way home but we were able to pull over on the side of I-90 before things got out of hand! PS, check out Miryam's new purple bicycle!!!
